📋 Description

• Operate all equipment in the assigned work area while meeting quality, safety, and performance standards • Operate and change over specified machinery • Perform changeovers, periodic deep cleanings, and cleanouts according to work instructions and checklists • Maintain supplies for the designated work area • Complete HACCP, military, and other required paperwork correctly • Perform cleaning, inspection, and lubrication tasks (CILs) • Communicate effectively with team leaders and peers • Follow proper escalation protocol • Encourage and support a safe working environment • Keep the manufacturing area clean and organized according to 5S standards • Participate actively in TPM teams • Stop the process when a non-conformance is noticed, following escalation protocol • Identify and implement improvement opportunities and make recommendations to the team lead • Train or perform tasks of other associates in the area as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Grade 12 or High School diploma, or equivalent • Associates degree or higher in an engineering or manufacturing-related discipline preferred • Medium math, communications, computer, and problem-solving skills • Strong math, communication, computer, and problem-solving skills preferred • Experience in a TPM environment • Two or more years of experience in a food-related manufacturing environment with automated processes, including PLC/HMI preferred • Experience in a lean manufacturing environment or equivalent preferred • Ability to frequently push, pull, dump, and roll barrels weighing 25–105 kgs • Ability to frequently clean out extruders, cooling tunnels, and conveyor systems using scraping tools • Ability to frequently lift and carry materials • Ability to frequently stand and walk • Ability to frequently move skids using a pallet jack or forklift • Ability to frequently reach, push, pull, stoop, and bend
