📋 Description

• Find builders through inbound, community, product, open-source, and outbound signals • Understand builders’ agent projects well enough to add value • Answer questions or bring in the right person when needed • Book qualified sales meetings and provide the sales team with sufficient context • Advise prospects when Mastra is not the right solution and point them to useful alternatives • Turn repeated questions into better outreach, resources, systems, and product feedback • Help builders onboard and escalate issues to the appropriate Mastra team • Identify qualified opportunities and create sales pipeline • Work with developers across industries to build expertise in sophisticated agent systems

🎯 Requirements

• TypeScript developer who has shipped real projects • Serious Mastra skills • Ability to quickly understand developers’ projects • Interest in talking with new developers • Experience using and experimenting with new agent tools • Informed opinions about how serious teams build agent systems • Ability to update opinions when evidence changes • Ability to prove valuable outcomes at small scale before automating • Financial motivation balanced with the ability to recognize commercial intent without turning every interaction into a pitch • Reliability and ability to respond quickly to direct feedback • Customer-facing experience helps, but customer-facing skills are required • LinkedIn, GitHub, and relevant social profiles for application • Link to something built, with an explanation of its function and one technical decision in fewer than 75 words • Application response identifying an engineer building an agent project that could use Mastra, including discovery method, signal, and a message under 50 words • Explanation of something taken from manual to automated, including the process and design decisions
