• Perform business development and program/project management and execution for a variety of clients • Schedule and execute contract requirements on-time and on-budget • Work with local, regional, state, and federal-level clients to assist them in achieving goals and understanding constituent priorities • Serve as a senior consultant in the Colorado Springs, Denver, Phoenix or San Antonio offices or remotely • Support proposal development by providing content for approaches, schedules, and other assigned sections • Support project execution through budgeting, scheduling, organizing teams, prioritizing projects and deadlines, quality assurance, invoicing, report preparation, technical documents and presentations, and project deliverables • Meet with clients and representatives to present results, resolve issues, answer questions, and maintain relationships • Plan, organize, and lead virtual and in-person stakeholder engagements focused on visioning, brainstorming, and problem-solving • Support continuous process improvement and business process reengineering through process mapping, data collection, analysis, visualization, and digital solution development • Initially have no supervisory responsibilities, with an expectation to grow into a leadership role
• Degree in engineering, operations research, data science or related field of study • Minimum of 10 years of work-related experience • Experience working with or for the Department of Defense • Valid driver's license • Successfully pass the Company's MVR screening • Demonstrated leadership and ability to recruit and motivate a team of professionals • Outstanding facilitation skills • Capability to fully participate in meetings with senior community and military personnel • Military installation facilities management experience/knowledge • Organizational management skills • Exceptional communication and writing skills • Ability to synthesize and distill disparate sources into concise reports/presentations • Strong skillset in Microsoft Office applications • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites and other facility offices
