📋 Description

• Conduct advanced financial and operational analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities and translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations • Develop and execute project plans meeting schedules, budgets, contractual deliverables, and expected value • Lead defined consulting projects and workstreams independently or with cross-functional project teams • Facilitate client meetings and present findings and recommendations to vice presidents and senior client leaders • Manage mid- to senior-level client relationships, expectations, and requests • Guide less experienced consultants on data interpretation, analytical approaches, and storytelling • Respond to client requests involving data analysis, strategy development, performance improvement, and coaching • Identify expansion opportunities and support sales and client growth efforts • Develop and enhance consulting products, services, tools, methodologies, and intellectual capital • Monitor engagement budgets, project performance, and client chargeable hours

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred • 5 or more years of relevant experience required • Experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare purchased services or support services required • Experience coordinating or managing projects and applying project management methodologies required • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and develop actionable recommendations • Excellent facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and written and verbal communication skills with senior client audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects within complex, cross-functional environments • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables
