📋 Description

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members through 30-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging • Address parental leave and return to work, balancing career and parenthood, resume review, career transitions, job loss, manager training, leadership development, and time management • Document encounters in Maven’s MPractice practice management system • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to coordinate member needs, including in-person referrals and follow-up care • Provide culturally humble care and advance Maven’s care model • Participate in optional opportunities such as moderating community forums, leading virtual member classes, and writing or reviewing educational articles

🎯 Requirements

• ICF-certified coach (International Coaching Federation certification) • Currently residing in the United States • Able to commit approximately 5 hours per week in a part-time, independent contractor (1099) capacity • At least 5 years of professional experience providing wellness coaching • At least 3 years of experience delivering care via telehealth • Experience providing one-on-one wellness coaching • Comfortable delivering care through a digital health platform and engaging members in a virtual care environment • Passion for women’s and family health
