• Own interview scheduling end to end, across multiple roles and time zones simultaneously (75+ per week) • Coordinate candidate travel and logistics where needed • Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in Greenhouse and ModernLoop • Serve as a warm, responsive point of contact for candidates throughout their experience • Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep the process moving • Spot inefficiencies and propose process improvements — we want your ideas • Contribute to team projects that raise the bar on coordination quality and candidate experience
• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a recruiting support role with at least 1 year of experience • A candidate-first mindset — you treat every touchpoint as a reflection of our culture • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even when juggling a full slate of open roles • Has a strong sense of urgency — understands that slow coordination loses candidates, and acts accordingly • Clear, warm written and verbal communication skills • A collaborative approach, plus the independence to move forward without constant hand-holding • Process-oriented habits and a genuine interest in making things run better • Composure under pressure — you don't drop details when things get busy • Growth mindset and positive energy
