📋 Description

• Visit convenience store accounts throughout the assigned territory • Build and maintain relationships with store managers, employees, and team members • Deliver products directly to assigned convenience stores • Merchandise and stock products to maximize visibility and sales • Check and count inventory levels • Restock products and fulfill orders • Monitor inventory and place orders when needed • Create invoices for restock orders • Submit post-visit reports and complete route documentation using mobile technology • Maintain organized shelves, product displays, signage, and store presentations • Ensure planogram accuracy • Represent Max Distributing professionally in every account • Manage schedule and route efficiently while working independently • Complete multiple store visits daily and drive up to 100 miles per day • Support convenience store accounts throughout the Savannah area

🎯 Requirements

• No industry experience required; training provided • Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, food service, restaurant management, delivery driving, route sales, sales, account management, or merchandising is applicable • Reliable and dependable • Self-motivated and driven • Competitive and goal-oriented • Comfortable working independently • Strong communicators • Organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps • Professional and customer-focused • Valid driver's license • Acceptable driving record • Ability to lift, stock, and merchandise products throughout the day • Some paid overnight travel • 2–3 years of experience in DSD delivery and retail merchandising with strong customer service skills • Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for daily work tasks • Physically able to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally • Ability to climb and work at heights ranging from 9 to 12 feet • Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch • Must reside within the assigned territory • Valid U.S. driver's license in good standing for at least 3 years • Willingness to travel overnight up to 30% and outside assigned geography with advance notice • Ability to work independently with integrity, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills • Comfortable engaging in professional selling conversations with retail store personnel • Ability to complete multiple store visits daily and drive up to 100 miles per day • Ability to inspect, stock, and maintain merchandise and advertising displays • Must be 18 years of age or older
