📋 Description

• Consult on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and extension of existing applications • Configure Dynamics 365 ERP Trade and Logistics modules hands-on • Assist clients with implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions • Improve operational metrics, develop business cases, and conduct performance measurement • Provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships • Facilitate implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Inventory Management • Analyze warehouse management processes, identify pain points, and gather business requirements • Design and document functional specifications for warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put-away, and inventory counting • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 warehouse management functionality • Plan and execute warehouse data migration strategies • Develop and execute functional test cases • Train business process owners on Dynamics 365 warehouse management functionality • Support go-live activities, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support • Conduct gap analysis and produce Functional Design Documents when extensions are necessary • Lead solution modeling and process area showcase sessions • Coach or mentor junior consultants • Travel up to 50%

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 (AX) Supply Chain Management experience or equivalent industry work • Minimum of 2 full years staffed on Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations • Experience configuring and implementing Unified Pricing and Order Management in D365 F&O • Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (MB-330), or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices • Strong customer relationship skills • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills • Ability to establish priorities and work independently • Ability to travel up to 50% • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Fluent in English • Valid Driver’s License • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 or AX2012 a plus • Exposure to Advanced Warehousing, finance, or production D365 modules • Comfortable presenting via Microsoft Teams/Zoom/WebEx • Azure DevOps & Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services experience
