📋 Description

• Provide administrative and overall support to a Clinical Program Scientist, Associate Director, and/or Director supporting SCRI Research Program(s) • Track enrollment and update relevant documents • Track study cohorts and protocol amendments • Create and update one-page study summaries and circulate them to appropriate sites with oversight • Draft and maintain lists of disease KOLs by region and expertise • Draft study summary emails and program-specific materials for distribution • Distribute Therapeutic Development-supported materials to the network • Supervise and forward questions from the shared department mailbox to appropriate stakeholders • Complete ad hoc projects and related work • Track and maintain actions for Therapeutic Development team initiatives • Coordinate interventional actions across multiple teams for at-risk studies • Support partner enrollment targets, including diversity targets • Draft Open to Enrollment emails, one-page summaries, and disease committee content • Draft and send FDA approval emails • Assist with slide deck creation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in oncology or clinical research • Broad oncology or clinical research knowledge across Phase I–IV • Willingness to develop in-depth expertise supporting an SCRI Research Program • Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-cultural teams • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good prioritization skills • Strong ability to function in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing program needs • Must be based in the United States • Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available • Adherence to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement • Completion of assigned training requirements by their due dates
