📋 Description

• Oversee clinical pharmacy services within The US Oncology Network practices as part of the ClinReview program • Supervise, coach, and develop ClinReview pharmacists, including performance management, career development, and onboarding • Manage workload, staffing, coverage, priorities, escalations, and day-to-day team operations • Maintain clinical quality and consistency through standards, case review, calibration, and escalation • Monitor capacity, clinical interventions, quality findings, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvements • Partner with program and practice leadership on drug-use strategies, patient safety, and medication-review or decision-support improvements • Support Value Pathways reviews, physician-governance activities, and P&T priorities as assigned • Develop and maintain evidence-based oncology content, including protocols, clinical guidance, decision support, education, and implementation tools • Translate evidence, ClinReview findings, and practice needs into actionable recommendations and scalable improvements • Coordinate clinical or operational projects through planning, collaboration, implementation, and measurement • Track and report team performance, clinical quality, and content or project measures • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or discontinue low-value processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) • Typically 6+ years of professional experience • 0–2 years of supervisory experience • 6+ years of oncology pharmacy or related clinical healthcare experience • 1+ years of supervisory, team-leadership, or program-lead experience • Current pharmacist license in at least one U.S. state; flexibility to obtain additional licenses as required • Experience translating oncology evidence into clinical recommendations, content, or workflows • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects in a matrixed environment • Oncology pharmacy expertise and sound clinical judgment • People leadership, coaching, delegation, performance management, and change leadership • Evidence evaluation, scientific writing, and clinical content development • Knowledge of oncology governance, protocols, and EHR-enabled clinical workflows • Project coordination, prioritization, facilitation, and execution • Ability to analyze clinical and operational data and translate findings into practical recommendations • Clear communication with pharmacists, physicians, practice leaders, technical teams, and executives • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual collaboration tools • Community oncology practice-development experience preferred • Experience with P&T governance, clinical decision support, or protocol development preferred • Remote-team management experience preferred • Experience with performance reporting, process improvement, change management, or technology-enabled workflows preferred • Understanding of managed-care trends, including step edits, prior authorization, and value-based reimbursement, is a plus • Strong customer-service orientation, communication, critical thinking, organization, and follow-through
