📋 Description

• Build, govern, and scale the operating model driving AIM28 value delivery across NAPS • Lead end-to-end implementation and adoption of an AI-first governance and operating model • Establish governance forums, stage gates, decision pathways, escalation routines, and execution cadence • Design and launch tools and operating mechanisms for AI-first modernization • Lead prioritization and escalation by assessing dependencies, performance, value, resources, and risks • Drive adoption of AI-enabled governance, workflow, reporting, and decision-support capabilities • Connect modernization work to measurable value, operational performance, and AOP commitments • Operationalize the AIM28 Incentive Award program • Establish value realization methodologies, benefits tracking standards, and reporting routines with FP&A • Implement and scale Planview or related portfolio management tools • Develop funding, prioritization, and investment recommendations • Provide executives with portfolio health, progress, risk, trade-off, and impact views • Develop executive-ready narratives and decision materials • Embed process redesign, automation, governance, change adoption, and measurable outcomes into standard practices • Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, routines, and enablement materials • Influence senior stakeholders and advise leaders on risks, trade-offs, and modernization priorities • Align AIM28 work with NAPS priorities and Big Bet outcomes • Establish and own the future-state RAIB operating model • Drive adoption of responsible AI governance routines and standards • Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and change stakeholders on responsible AI governance

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent and typically 10+ years of relevant experience • Less years required if possessing relevant Master’s or Doctorate qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, strategy, finance, organizational effectiveness, technology, healthcare administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in business transformation, strategy and operations, enterprise PMO, portfolio governance, management consulting, technology-enabled transformation, organizational effectiveness, or related fields • Minimum 6+ years of diversified leadership experience • Experience leading highly complex, cross-functional initiatives • Experience applying strategic goals across multiple workgroups, functions, or disciplines • Experience establishing governance models, portfolio management disciplines, executive reporting routines, value realization methodologies, and operating mechanisms • Ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate executive-level decisions • Experience partnering across Finance, Technology, Operations, Strategy, Risk, Compliance, and Change Management • Experience with Planview, Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar platforms preferred • Healthcare, distribution, life sciences, technology, consulting, or large-scale enterprise transformation experience preferred • Commitment to McKesson’s LEADRx behaviors and I²CARE principles • Willingness to travel up to 20% based on business needs
