MCW also supplies performance parts, custom exhausts, vehicle covering (wraps) and detailing, and helps customers find and source vehicles to match their preferences.

📋 Description

• Lead preparation for MCW’s annual budget cycle, including system configuration, calendar development, and documentation for budget entry • Manage budget support for complex departments with multiple missions/lines of business • Supervise and direct financial analysts supporting other departments • Serve as primary contact and escalation point for budgetary questions and concerns • Measure and report business trends affecting financial results • Direct ad hoc financial analyses, including cost savings initiatives, reimbursement modeling, and service-line profitability • Assign and review analyst team work to ensure rigorous, timely deliverables • Partner with departments to develop cost reduction and revenue optimization solutions • Review and analyze annual and ad hoc budget submissions and make recommendations • Provide support, training, and guidance for the departmental budgetary system • Resolve discrepancies between budget and finance information and escalate concerns • Monitor initiative success and recommend improvements • Oversee system enhancements for financial planning and analysis systems and processes • Supervise and develop a team of financial analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field • 7-10 years of experience • Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative and team-oriented style • Ability to achieve results in a complex matrix organization through effective delineation of task assignments, resource allocation, barrier resolution, issue solving, and escalation • Ability to listen critically to develop solutions valued by operational end users • Willingness to understand systems and applications supporting business processes • Ability to communicate business processes and requirements effectively with technical IT/IS staff • Familiarity with infrastructure set-up and how various pieces fit together • Strong technical analytical skills • Mastery of Microsoft Excel • Attention to detail and ability to integrate detail with the big picture • Ability to effectively manage others
