📋 Description

• Complete three 12-month rotations over three years within the finance organization • Provide financial analysis services to assigned areas, potentially any department in Finance • Prepare long-range plans, annual budgets, strategic assessments, investment analyses, forecasts, and reviews of actual results against forecasts • Provide analytical support to senior management on capital budgeting, pricing analyses, and other key decisions • Identify operational efficiencies and cost savings, present opportunities to leadership, and assist with implementation • Develop benchmarks to evaluate prioritization, relative efficiencies, and portfolio management • Educate senior management and functional-area staff on Company financial policies and procedures • Assist staff in interpreting and applying financial policies • Collaborate with other Finance areas as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older • Currently enrolled in final year of an MBA program • Scheduled to graduate no later than summer 2027 • Minimum GPA of 3.0 in current program • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent social skills and ability to interact well with all levels of management • Strong leadership ability and phenomenal teammate • Three or more years of experience performing sophisticated financial modeling • Biotechnology, pharmaceutical or health care industry experience preferred • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
