📋 Description

• Deliver onsite and virtual training for physicians and staff on athenaOne EHR workflows, including clinical documentation, scheduling, billing, and communication tools • Conduct pre-training assessments to tailor curriculum to practice needs and experience levels • Develop, update, and maintain training materials, quick reference guides, and videos • Partner with Onboarding Managers to ensure practices achieve go-live readiness and user proficiency • Provide reinforcement and refresher sessions post-go-live to ensure workflow adoption and compliance • Document training sessions, attendance, and follow-up actions in Salesforce • Participate in pilot programs, product testing, and feedback loops with the EHR team and vendors • Collaborate with Onboarding Managers, Support Analysts, and Revenue Cycle teams • Support documentation, patient engagement, billing workflows, and compliance with MDVIP standards • Participate in team huddles, knowledge sharing, and curriculum updates • Contribute at least two process or content improvement suggestions per quarter

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Education, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) • Minimum 3 years of experience training or supporting EHR systems, preferably athenaOne • Strong understanding of primary care clinical workflows, documentation processes, and front/back office operations • Experience conducting both in-person and virtual trainings in healthcare or software environments • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel
