📋 Description

• Own named workstreams within enterprise onboardings or manage lower-complexity client onboardings end to end • Build and maintain delivery plans covering dependencies, owners, dates, and blockers • Drive onboarding workstreams to committed go-live dates across concurrent onboardings • Advise clients on data structure, granularity, historical depth, and field-level requirements for Measured’s models • Distinguish firm requirements from acceptable tradeoffs and escalate precedent-setting decisions • Scope required media, transaction, organic, and custom data feeds • Establish connections through APIs, file-based feeds, warehouse shares, and direct integrations • Ingest complete historical data and validate completeness against client reporting • Diagnose ingestion failures and establish post-go-live feed monitoring • Author and maintain mappings from raw client data into Measured’s normalized model • Assess downstream impact of specification changes and document mapping logic • Own QA, validate outputs against client reporting and vendor exports, and investigate variances using SQL and dashboards • Define acceptance criteria and provide written sign-off covering gaps and caveats • Lead client-facing discovery, specification review, QA, and go-live readiness sessions • Manage client expectations and synthesize feedback for product and onboarding improvements • Develop expertise in Measured’s data pipelines, normalization layers, platform architecture, vendor integrations, and client verticals • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions on technical delivery and improvements • Create implementation runbooks, onboarding playbooks, standards, process documentation, training materials, and internal requests • Automate repetitive onboarding steps and build reusable templates, specification patterns, and validation queries • Contribute to strategic initiatives including data health monitoring, proactive alerting, QA frameworks, and agentic AI approaches

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, data onboarding, solutions consulting, or technical account management in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise clients • 3+ years in a directly client-facing role owning technical delivery with external stakeholders • Extensive client-facing experience leading working sessions, spec reviews, and timeline conversations with enterprise stakeholders • Experience advising clients on preparing data for analytical or modeling purposes, including proposing workable alternatives • Extensive experience with marketing technology platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, GA4, and Adobe Analytics • Experience with data platforms, SQL, and integrations • Ability to diagnose and resolve data pipeline problems, integration errors, schema mismatches, and incomplete historical loads • Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder projects against committed timelines • Experience guiding peers or client teams through technical processes • Working proficiency with Jira, Asana, or similar project and issue tracking tools • Track record of measurable process improvements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders • BA/BS preferred; background in technical field, data analytics, or related discipline • Grounding in attribution, incrementality, and media mix modeling • Familiarity with paid media platforms, campaign reporting, budget/spend reconciliation, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, APIs, S3, SFTP, data mapping, normalization, GDPR, and CCPA • Ability to work across several concurrent onboardings or workstreams • Ability to drive delivery through clients, vendors, and internal partners • Strong facilitation, judgment, documentation, training, and collaboration skills
