📋 Description
• Lead, coach, and develop a growing cybersecurity team • Drive the execution of enterprise cybersecurity initiatives and priorities • Oversee cybersecurity operations, including threat detection, monitoring, and incident response • Partner with business and technology leaders to integrate cybersecurity into key decisions and processes • Support compliance with regulatory, audit, privacy, and industry security requirements
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, technology risk, or a related field, including 5+ years in leadership roles • Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills • Experience presenting to executives, Boards, clients, regulators, or other senior stakeholders • Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, security engineering, incident response, and cybersecurity governance • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST and ISO • English proficiency is required to perform the duties of the role
