📋 Description

• Manage a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls from Medcor customers in a call center environment • Document each call efficiently and accurately • Monitor and track individual and call center goals, productivity metrics, and statistics • Reflect all shift activities using the phone system and maintain personal schedule adherence • Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s clients and employees • Complete accurate assessment of symptoms and/or concerns using Medcor’s triage algorithms • Follow HIPAA compliance policies • Complete three weeks of classroom instruction and three weeks of precepting • Work permanent shifts between 12:00pm and 2:00am after training • Participate in every-other-weekend and holiday rotations

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish • Valid RN license • Current BLS (CPR) certification • Able to handle a high volume of consecutive calls • Strong technological skills • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret triage tools and information, along with care instructions • Able to talk and/or hear; sit and use hands • Close vision for computers and written work, with ability to adjust focus • Able to work on a computer for long periods • Private home space with 4 walls and a door for patient privacy • Access to high-speed internet (no satellite) within primary residence • Able to receive and apply feedback • Able to work a major U.S. holiday rotation • Able to work every other weekend • Must successfully complete six weeks of training • Call center experience is a plus • Occupational health experience is a plus
