📋 Description

• Actively contact prospective new customers by phone and speak with decision-makers • Generate interest in digital recruiting solutions • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team • Pre-qualify prospects through targeted questions and identify sales opportunities • Build trust as the first point of contact and initiate customer relationships • Document conversations and keep the CRM up to date • Pass relevant information on to sales representatives • Identify additional sales opportunities among prospects and existing customers • Prepare potential upsell opportunities
