📋 Description

• Provide advanced functional support across NetSuite Financials, NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, and related modules • Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator • Manage users, roles, permissions, and security configurations • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, and saved searches • Configure and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, and Bank Reconciliation modules • Lead deployment and stabilization of NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, including user adoption, training, and SOPs • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training • Manage system releases, testing, and deployment activities • Investigate and resolve system, reporting, workflow, data, transactional, posting, and reconciliation issues • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, HR, Operations, Information Systems, and international country offices • Maintain audit-ready systems and data compliance • Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 customizations, workflows, forms, records, and automation • Develop and maintain Suitelets, User Event Scripts, Client Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, and Scheduled Scripts • Support REST/SOAP API and middleware integrations with third-party applications • Participate in data migration, cleanup, and system optimization initiatives • Document technical solutions and system configurations • Gather finance and operational reporting requirements and deliver technical solutions • Support GL, AP, procurement, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and BAU improvement projects • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, journal processing, accruals, prepayments, uploads, and reconciliations • Design and maintain automated financial statement generation for Balance Sheets, Statements of Activities, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and supporting schedules • Assist with audits, payment processing, bank statement imports, cash allocation, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting • Promote safeguarding practices and comply with protection and harassment-free workplace policies • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, business administration, or related field; relevant professional experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis • Minimum 4 years’ hands-on NetSuite experience with GL, AP, AR, procure-to-pay, and bank reconciliation modules • Experience using Unit4 ERP, Emburse Certify, Paycom, and Salesforce CRM • Experience supporting headquarters and multi-country finance operations • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP reporting, workflow, and financial control processes • Experience with Power BI or similar analytical and visualization tools • Experience supporting month-end and year-end close processes • Experience developing management accounts, executive management packs, and Board reporting • Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques • Expert knowledge of NetSuite Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation • Strong knowledge of NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards • Proficiency managing GL segment codes across ERP, CRM, T&E, and payroll systems • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint • Proficiency with Outlook, Skype, Internet, CRM, or other database programs • Experience with CSV uploads, bank statement uploads, and NetSuite file transfer and data management tools • Professional-level spoken and written English • Ability and willingness to learn Unit4 ERP • Ability to work flexibly across time zones and weekends as needed • If outside the U.S., ability and willingness to be employed by an Employer of Record • Must be located and work within Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern, or equivalent time zones • If in the U.S., must currently be able to work without visa sponsorship from Medical Teams International • Commitment to Medical Teams International’s Calling Statement, Core Values, safeguarding policies, and code of conduct • Preferred: Master’s degree or finance/accounting certification; CPA or equivalent qualification; nonprofit, humanitarian, healthcare, higher education, or grant-funded organization experience; 3+ years’ NetSuite administration and development experience; SuiteScript 2.0/2.1; advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and financial reporting automation
