📋 Description
• Process various Accounts Payable transactions corresponding to assigned vendor accounts • Prepare and present vendor account reconciliations & review A/P aging reports • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal business stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • At least 2-3 years of vendor and/or account reconciliation experience • Advanced Excel proficiency, including expertise in PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment
