📋 Description

• Manage assigned book of business, including new and existing zero accounts • Support and work with all service managers and specialists for assigned accounts • Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction • Respond to escalated issues and seek management support as needed • Conduct regular customer status meetings to understand needs and connect them to product/service strategies • Manage pricing and service-related activities • Perform product cross-referencing activities • Create and run monthly/quarterly reports

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to work remotely in Illinois • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • At least 1 year of account management or sales experience preferred • Background in commissioned, tangible product sales preferred • Experience identifying, connecting with, building consensus, and closing new business preferred • Ability to present multiple product lines preferred
