• Supervise day-to-day staff activities and outcomes across multiple small sites • Ensure timely, accurate, and quality delivery of customer goods and services • Support other programs including SEAL, IDDEX, LAB, and Acute and Non-Acute sectors • Ensure customer needs are met through product quality, inventory levels, and staff interactions • Address escalations and maintain smooth operations • Serve as the initial management, sales, and customer contact for functional-area matters • Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet production schedules and service levels • Monitor backorders and production scheduling and coordinate resources to minimize backorders • Ensure quality of delivered items • Complete paperwork, required functions, and electronic receipt of finished goods • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements • Participate in customer assessments, site visits or virtual audits, stakeholder interviews, and new implementation planning and documentation • Conduct site audits and annual physical inventory • Monitor expenses and keep operations within budget • Lead continuous-improvement and data-driven activities, including POWs, SOPs, training, and root-cause analysis • Onboard and train staff • Travel to new site locations within the region to train staff, establish procedures, and evaluate customer needs • Maintain employee morale and motivation • Hire staff, recommend pay increases, conduct performance reviews, and manage staff training and development • Estimate personnel needs, assign work, meet completion dates, and ensure consistent application of organizational policies
• High school diploma or equivalent • At least 4 years of supply chain or warehouse/inventory experience • Experience prioritizing workload and scheduling effectively to meet deadlines • Previous inventory tracking software experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes, within state and out of state • Ability to supervise no more than 3 FTEs per site
