📋 Description

• Provide data-backed strategic direction to identify and address business opportunities improving care for Medicare and Special Needs Population members benefiting from Care Management services • Identify and operationalize innovations that improve the effectiveness, efficiency, or member experience of care management services • Solve diverse and complex problems with contributions from clinical, quality, operations, analytics, and other enterprise stakeholders • Translate strategic recommendations into execution plans with operational owners • Analyze complex care management problems using internal and external data and insights • Engage in ambiguous problem solving and strategy setting • Identify opportunities in clinical outcomes, quality, cost, and member experience • Lead cross-functional teams to define impactful and achievable opportunities • Create execution models and roadmaps with cross-functional enterprise partners • Drive prioritized opportunities through implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years of experience in strategy, healthcare, or operations, or 4+ years with a consulting firm or in corporate strategy driving and creating strategy and/or operations experience • Previous experience in strategy consulting, commercial strategy, business strategy, clinical and operational areas, and/or related roles • Ability to interpret and leverage data and analytics to improve strategy and make recommendations • Ability to complete data analysis and modeling to generate insights and recommendations • Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis • Ability to articulate ideas effectively in written and oral forms and adapt to different audiences, including senior leadership • Proven influencing skills and track record leading through ambiguity • Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills • Ability to collaborate with multiple enterprise departments and stakeholders and execute within deadlines • Ability to work independently and manage projects to achieve objectives • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel • Dedicated, interruption-free workspace to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required
