📋 Description

• Receive, respond to, track, and direct technical support calls and emails from customers • Manage support case details in the case tracking system • Prioritize incoming cases in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Support the sales team, including study management and marketing tasks • Perform various QA support tasks • Maintain customer satisfaction and meet quarterly support metrics • Complete onboarding, progressively handle more difficult tickets, answer the phone, and become fully ramped within 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• Flexibility to work schedule aligned with Asia Pacific region when required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with phone and e-mail support • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral • Experience giving presentations, training, or related activity • Experience with Salesforce, SaaS technology, software support
