• Partner with field sales and clinical teams as a resource in assigned markets • Execute sales activities and provide sales support within a key customer base • Lead or assist in-service activities for disposables and/or hardware • Install necessary equipment/hardware and perform functional and safety tests • Introduce equipment and collaborate with customers • Drive expansion of Acute Care and Monitoring products within the territory • Coordinate and collaborate with sales representatives and internal stakeholders • Focus on customer satisfaction and increased utilization • Support conversions and sales efforts outside the assigned region as needed • Provide product introductions and demonstrations to staff and clinicians • Conduct inventory balancing at site and/or warehouse level • Manage individual quota responsibility under the Regional Business Manager • Travel 75% across a multi-state region, including significant overnight travel and non-traditional hours
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree with 2 years, or Bachelor’s degree with 0 years • Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related work in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Must live or be able to relocate within 50 miles of Dallas/Fort Worth • Valid driver's license • Minimum 1–3 years’ previous field sales experience preferred • Prior medical device, business-to-business, or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred • Knowledge of sales techniques • Introductory knowledge of company products and services • Demonstrable, consistent success in previous roles • Strong customer focus in delivering sales and building relationships • Understanding of vendor, distributor, and hospital supply chain management • Willingness to travel for extended conversion-support periods • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Effective persuasion skills • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level • Must comply with hospital or clinic credentialing requirements for patient-facing field work
