• Partner with field sales and clinical teams as a resource in markets • Execute sales activities and provide sales support within a key customer base • Lead in-service activities related to disposables and/or hardware • Install necessary equipment/hardware and perform functional and safety tests • Introduce equipment and collaborate with customers • Drive expansion of Acute Care and Monitoring products within the territory • Coordinate with the sales team and internal stakeholders • Focus on customer satisfaction and increased utilization • Support conversions and sales efforts outside the assigned region as needed • Conduct product introductions and demos for staff and clinicians • Perform inventory balancing at site and/or warehouse level • Manage individual quota responsibility while supporting business initiatives with assigned sales representatives • Work across a multi-state region with approximately 75% travel and significant overnight travel
• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years’ relevant experience, or Associate’s degree with 2 years’, or Bachelor’s degree with 0 years’ relevant experience • Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related work in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • Ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory, including required overnight travel • Willingness to travel to support conversions for extended periods • Minimum of 1–3 years’ previous field sales experience preferred • Prior medical device, business-to-business, or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred • Knowledge of sales techniques • Introductory knowledge of company products and services • Understanding of vendor, distributor, and hospital supply chain management • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Effective persuasion skills • Ability to meet physical requirements, including independent mobility and computer-mediated communication • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
