📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers by phone • Explain industry terminology and make life insurance easy to understand • Guide customers through the application process using a consultative sales approach • Collaborate with sales teammates to solve complex client problems • Continuously improve performance in a metrics-driven environment • Provide unparalleled service to prospective customers • Participate in consistent 1:1 coaching, learning and development, and mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a high-volume, dialer-based sales role; prior life insurance sales experience is a bonus • Active life insurance license • Self-motivated, ambitious, and excited to continue growing in the career • Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with incentives based on KPIs • Ability to work well with others and solve problems using Slack, Zoom, Five9, and other communication methods • Natural conversationalist with strong customer-facing communication ability • Receptive to feedback and interested in improving skills • Open to working some weekends and evenings from home • Residents of Alaska, California, Colorado, Montana, New York, Nevada, and Rhode Island are not eligible for this remote role
