• Develop and execute the overall Pelvic Health physician, KOL, faculty, fellowship, and professional society engagement strategy • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with established and emerging KOLs and physician leaders • Lead faculty strategy, including identification, development, engagement, and deployment of physician faculty • Build strategic relationships with priority professional societies and develop partnership plans • Develop relationships with fellowship program directors and academic institutions to support a sustainable pipeline of future clinical leaders • Identify and develop innovative partnerships and programs supporting Pelvic Health priorities and patient access to therapy • Lead complex partnership discussions and negotiations • Partner across Medical Education, Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Health Economics/Reimbursement, Legal, Compliance, and other functions • Provide Pelvic Health leadership with insights into physician, society, academic, and competitive landscapes • Establish priorities and measures of success for physician engagement and strategic partnerships • Evaluate impact and continuously refine investments and programs • Ensure physician and society engagements comply with Medtronic policies, regulations, Legal, and Compliance requirements • Lead a team focused on resident and fellow engagement, society partnerships, and KOL/faculty management • Support Medtronic’s patient-first mission through cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of people or program managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of people or program managerial experience • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • Ability to travel up to 50-60% of time • Significant experience building and managing relationships with physicians, KOLs, professional societies, academic institutions, and other senior external stakeholders • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic programs and partnerships that drive measurable organizational, market, or patient impact • Significant experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing across highly matrixed organizations • Experience leading external negotiations and managing sophisticated physician, society, or healthcare partnerships • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set strategic direction, develop talent, and drive accountability for execution and results • Experience within Pelvic Health, Urology, Urogynecology, Colorectal, Women’s Health, Neuromodulation, or another procedure-based medical device specialty • Experience developing KOL, faculty, and physician engagement strategies • Experience working with national professional societies, academic institutions, fellowship programs, and emerging physician leaders • Experience supporting new therapy introduction, market development, or significant changes in clinical practice • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements governing physician and professional society engagement
