• Oversee multiple practice directors and/or serve as a Practice Director for one practice group • Motivate and provide direction to all branch employees • Drive incremental branch revenue growth consistent with Robert Half targets • Lead marketing activities and maintain a productive business generation culture • Facilitate cross-market activities for all practice groups • Oversee and supervise administrative functions of the branch office • Lead overall branch growth through revenue-generating activities and multi-practice group performance • Execute operational focus areas and ensure operational best practices • Attract, source and hire staff • Train, develop and retain staff • Build a high-performing team and positive business development culture • Identify and develop high-potential performers • Achieve revenue, margin and operating income goals • Analyze financial business trends and execute appropriate strategy • Build collaborative relationships across the organization and market • Motivate, inspire and lead by example • Lead and manage change • Facilitate resolution with internal staff, clients and candidates • Delegate responsibility and conduct meetings, trainings and presentations • Create and execute customer retention and expansion strategies • Build customer loyalty through superior service • Promote an inclusive, positive, collaborative and balanced branch culture • Mentor, coach and develop staff • Invest in personal and team development and progression
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred • 2+ years’ management or equivalent experience required • 2+ years’ Talent Manager experience required • Proven performance in Talent Manager or Practice Director roles • Experience developing and managing budgets • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
