📋 Description

• Travel to sites within the assigned Nevada area to provide repair and installation support • Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify designated equipment • Perform maintenance and technical support on equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software at customer and field locations • Analyze and evaluate products and related performance • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to resolve problems quickly • Perform upgrades and configuration updates to support future product integrations • Lead and participate in product technical repair and clinical-use training for domestic, international, and third-party staff • Provide testing and validation support to the manufacturer’s organization • Maintain accurate customer records, complaints, follow-up actions, root-cause analyses, and resolutions in the complaint tracking system • Support maintenance and repairs of the Mazor robotic guidance system and O-arm surgical imaging system • Manage personal schedule and prioritize service calls across the territory • Work directly with clinical staff to understand problems and restore system functionality

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • 4 years of technician, clinical field service, or clinical customer support experience • Candidates local to Nevada are preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering, engineering, or technology field is nice to have • Previous technician/field services experience within the medical device industry • Experience with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with commonly used test equipment, including dosimeters, power supplies, DVMs, signal generators, and flow meters • Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings • Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR and CGMP for medical devices • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly • Responsive problem-solving and action-oriented approach to customer issues • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level • Ability to meet hospital or clinic credentialing requirements • Ability to travel 50%
