• Develop and deliver learning solutions for field-facing teams • Support education and training initiatives across Coronary, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks portfolios • Act as a training generalist for new-hire onboarding and training • Support Therapy Leads and meeting planners with agendas and logistics for in-person, supplemental, and advanced trainings • Identify quarterly development opportunities and execute e-learning or in-person training sessions • Collaborate with Marketing, Market Development, Sales, MedReview, Engineering, Field Management, and Education teams • Create education programs, curricula, course materials, and measurements aligned with business strategies and compliance standards • Revise lesson plans for new training requirements, product launches, and current information • Build and maintain therapy and clinical expertise across portfolios • Design and execute targeted education programs that improve knowledge and procedural and therapy skills • Adjust to shifting priorities and business requirements • Support document control with legal, regulatory, clinical, and R&D partners • Anticipate, identify, and resolve high-level project and program issues • Travel to support training programs, meetings, and field education initiatives
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of experience in training, sales/sales support, marketing or clinical experience; OR Associate's Degree with 9+ years experience; OR Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years experience • Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Travel up to 25% • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • U.S. work authorization requirements apply; Principal-level roles may qualify for sponsorship, while unrestricted authorization is required for roles below Principal level • Preferred: strong collaboration and inclusion skills • Preferred: ability to develop and foster strong relationships • Preferred: passion and ability to develop and deliver impactful training • Preferred: experience using Teams, SharePoint, Allego, Salesforce
