📋 Description

• Promote Medtronic ENT’s capital products and services within an assigned geographic area or specific customer accounts • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and practice managers • Manage large, complex accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams • Conduct market research and lead market development strategies for competitive conversions and strategic regional growth • Meet or exceed sales targets • Communicate customer feedback on new products or product modifications to R&D, Operations, and Marketing • Support the ENT clinical team in surgical environments • Manage executive-level customer relationships and negotiate major deals • Report to the Regional Sales Director

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant experience OR Associate degree and 8+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
