• Lead the deployment and advancement of the Medtronic Performance System (MPS) across assigned functions and business teams • Partner with functional and cross-functional leaders to identify strategic improvement opportunities and establish performance objectives • Deliver measurable results aligned to organizational goals and key performance indicators • Drive end-to-end process transformation using Lean Six Sigma principles • Eliminate waste, improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and enhance value stream performance • Build organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and training • Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement engagements • Support operational transformation involving select suppliers and contract manufacturing partners • Develop and execute improvement roadmaps for quality, service, cost, productivity, and employee engagement • Influence and inspire change across multiple functions and embed a culture of continuous improvement • Travel approximately 50–75% to foster collaboration and ensure successful project execution
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience • Relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, business operations, operational excellence, or a related field • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification • Demonstrated application of continuous improvement methodologies in complex business environments • Proven experience driving large-scale operational excellence and transformation initiatives • Experience applying Lean Six Sigma principles across cross-functional value streams • Change leadership, coaching, and influencing skills • Business, operational, and financial acumen • Project management and stakeholder engagement skills • Communication and facilitation skills • Experience teaching, mentoring, and translating complex concepts into actionable business outcomes • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level
