• Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team focused on digital technology growth and commercial excellence • Develop and execute regional strategies to drive adoption, utilization, and revenue performance • Establish goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability for results • Build and manage pipeline through disciplined field execution and strategic account planning • Partner with Marketing, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Customer Success on launch readiness and market execution • Align with field leadership and internal stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and optimize customer coverage • Support forecasting, territory planning, business reviews, and operating discipline • Serve as a voice of the customer by translating market feedback into actionable business insights • Champion change management, training, and adoption of new digital solutions • Support strategic account growth and long-term customer success • Drive commercial execution across the U.S. West region, including customer adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue performance for Medtronic’s digital portfolio • Travel regularly to multiple accounts throughout the region
• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in sales leadership • Demonstrated success leading teams and driving revenue growth in a complex commercial environment • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, including occasional short-notice travel • Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, digital health, or enterprise software preferred • Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities • Proven ability to build partnerships across a matrixed organization • Strong business acumen, forecasting, territory planning, and performance management skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to enter customer clinical or patient care areas may be required depending on assignment and site requirements • Candidates should reside within the West region and have access to a major airport • Valid driver’s license is essential • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
