• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the aligned territory • Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support for successful product usage • Serve as a trusted resource for physicians and surgical teams in the operating room • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures • Communicate effectively between customers and colleagues • Identify and report concerns and opportunities to the Surgical Account Manager • Perform equipment and software upgrades • Conduct equipment fleet audits • Lead in-service training for physicians, residents, and surgical staff • Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, Regional Peer Education, and Continuing Education programs • Assist the Surgical Account Manager and Specialists with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives • Provide on-site support for regional conversions and product adoption strategies • Maintain accurate tracking and availability of surgical products • Ensure inventory levels meet customer and operational needs • Drive product utilization and customer engagement to achieve or exceed sales objectives • Secure base business and expand new accounts through procedural support • Generate and track leads in SFDC (Salesforce.com)
• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience • 1+ year of B2B sales experience with documented sales success • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and MS Teams • Strong drive for results, action orientation, strong work ethic, and career ambition • Ability to develop and present complex product demonstrations • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Valid driver's license • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level
