• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the aligned territory • Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support for successful product usage • Serve as a resource for physicians and surgical teams in the operating room • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures • Communicate customer information and report concerns and opportunities to the Surgical Account Manager • Perform equipment and software upgrades • Conduct equipment fleet audits for product performance and compliance • Lead in-service training for physicians, residents, and surgical staff • Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, Regional Peer Education, and Continuing Education programs • Assist the Surgical Account Manager and Specialists with product trials, implementation, conversions, and product adoption • Provide on-site support for regional conversions • Track surgical products and maintain inventory availability • Achieve or exceed sales objectives through product utilization and customer engagement • Secure base business and expand new accounts through procedural support • Generate and track leads in Salesforce to support growth and expansion
• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience • 1+ year of B2B sales experience with documented sales success preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and MS Teams • Strong drive for results, action orientation, strong work ethic, and career ambition • Ability to develop and present complex product demonstrations • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Must reside within the assigned Madison/Milwaukee territory • Valid driver's license • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level • Ability to comply with credentialing requirements at hospitals or clinics supported
