📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Python-based scripts, utilities, and automation solutions for data integration, transformation, validation, and reporting • Design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models for scalable data integration and reporting • Analyze source system data structures and translate business requirements into data models and database schemas • Build, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and data transformation processes • Configure and maintain ETL processes across structured and unstructured data sources • Support data warehouse development and improvements to data architecture and performance • Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across client implementations and internal systems • Partner with Operations, Workflow, Technical Support, and Account Management teams on client implementations and ongoing data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience designing and supporting ETL processes across complex data environments • 2+ years of professional experience developing solutions using Python • Strong experience with SQL and relational database systems such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms • Experience designing and maintaining logical and physical data models • Experience with data transformation, mapping, and integration processes • Experience working with ETL tools such as Talend Data Integration or similar technologies • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Preferred: experience developing Python-based data pipelines and automation solutions • Preferred: experience with Snowflake and AWS environments • Preferred: experience with dimensional modeling, star schemas, and data warehouse design • Preferred: experience with Revenue Cycle Management, EDI, X12, or patient accounting systems • Preferred: knowledge of claims and billing processes within healthcare environments • Preferred: familiarity with modern data architecture and cloud-based analytics platforms • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • The company does not provide employment visa sponsorship • Pre-employment background check required • Candidates residing in New York cannot be considered
