📋 Description

• Design and implement robust data solutions supporting scalable analytics and data-driven decision-making across the company • Maintain the tools and technologies forming the backbone of the company’s data capabilities • Lead the design and development of data pipelines to ingest, aggregate, and index diverse data sources into the data warehouse • Spearhead development of a data warehousing platform meeting SOC2 security and compliance requirements • Collaborate with data analytics to support reporting and analysis of key business metrics • Partner with data science and machine learning teams to build scalable capabilities for insight generation and leveraging LLMs • Mentor and coach engineers on the data team • Build cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Backend Engineering, Business Intelligence, Security, and Machine Learning teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience architecting and implementing large-scale enterprise data solutions • 2+ years of proficient experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Redshift • Strong understanding of modern data platform architectural principles • 2+ years of experience designing and optimizing high-volume, real-time, and batch ETL pipelines • 1+ years of experience coaching and mentoring team members • Proven ability to thrive in startup environments • Proactive attitude and passion for driving impactful change • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and independently drive projects forward • Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or relevant industry experience • Must be eligible to work in the United States; Runpod is currently unable to sponsor employment visas
