📋 Description

• Author original, challenging multiple-choice questions across health and medicine domains • Review pre-written questions for accuracy, clarity, rigor, completeness, precision, and solvability • Rate question difficulty as Medium, Hard, or Expert • Provide one correct answer and nine plausible but subtly incorrect alternatives • Write step-by-step solutions in markdown format • Supply 1–5 academic references per question from reputable sources • Flag issues and justify edits made during verification tasks • Help establish gold-standard benchmarks for AI research • Collaborate with leading researchers on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Expert medical and health science professional • MD, DO, PhD, or doctoral candidate in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, or a closely related field • Master's degree considered for candidates with exceptional depth in a specific subdomain • Strong command of graduate-level medical knowledge • Strong clinical reasoning and biomedical research methodology skills • Board certification, clinical experience, or research publications in health fields are a strong plus • Excellent written English • Ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely • Expected commitment of 10+ hours per week • Independent contractor status • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
