📋 Description

• Review work product against quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines • Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, and gaps • Provide structured, actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders • Track quality metrics and identify recurring issues or trends • Help improve quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria • Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones • Support projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar review-focused role • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors • Excellent written communication and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving standards • Reliable internet connection • Quiet, focused workspace • Familiarity with data annotation, content review, or evaluation workflows (nice to have) • Experience working with distributed or remote teams (nice to have) • Background in a relevant technical, editorial, or analytical domain (nice to have) • Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
