📋 Description

• Review work product against defined quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines • Identify, document, and flag errors, inconsistencies, and gaps • Provide structured, actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders • Track quality metrics and surface recurring issues or trends • Help refine quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria • Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones • Support projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar review-focused role • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors • Excellent written communication and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving standards • Reliable internet connection • Quiet, focused workspace • Independent contractor status • Must not be an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate • Familiarity with data annotation, content review, or evaluation workflows is a plus • Experience with distributed or remote teams is a plus • Background in a technical, editorial, or analytical domain is a plus
