📋 Description

• Provide consultation to People Business Partners and business leaders on performance concerns, conduct issues, policy interpretation, and interpersonal conflicts • Surface difficult issues, distinguish facts from assumptions, and explain risks, options, trade-offs, and recommended next steps • Leverage AI for responsible role-playing to support leaders with practical conversations, expectations, and follow-through • Investigate team member concerns, document findings, and deliver clear conclusions • Collaborate with leadership and legal counsel on agency claims and litigation matters • Document investigation patterns, lessons, and guidance while maintaining confidentiality • Analyze team member relations data to generate workforce insights, identify trends and root causes, and implement risk-mitigation solutions • Convert insights into leader coaching, manager resources, policy updates, process changes, or focused listening • Use approved technology and AI tools for information organization, research, pattern identification, drafting, and administrative work • Maintain compliance postings, issue required notices and acknowledgments, respond to subpoenas, liaise with the unemployment insurance claims vendor, coordinate with auditors, and collaborate with legal counsel • Write and maintain clear, relevant, future-focused workplace policies • Document decisions, templates, guidance, and lessons learned • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in team member relations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • PHR certification preferred • AWI-CH certification preferred • Experience conducting workplace investigations, analyzing data, and preparing oral and written reports • Strong working knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and policies in a corporate setting • Ability to interpret and apply policies to given situations • Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects under tight deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) • Strong analytical capabilities • Effective consultation, active listening, conflict resolution, and presentation skills • Strong ethics, leadership, and ability to exercise strict confidentiality • Ability to integrate work across business units and engage effectively at all organizational levels • Strong judgment and discretion • Comfort using approved AI and digital tools, with understanding that people remain accountable for reviewing, refining, and approving output • General understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance industry preferred
