📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, control, and direct operational resources to support remote-based service delivery • Coordinate execution of service agreements, maintenance contracts, On-Demand calls, and repair projects • Schedule remote service specialists and assign them to project work • Balance daily technician workloads, optimize response times, and ensure timely resolution of customer requests • Monitor incoming service queues and work orders; assess priority, scope, billing parameters, and site requirements • Coordinate with Technician Leads and Account Team to prioritize emergency service, warranty work, and scheduled contract maintenance • Collaborate with Contract Administration, Estimating, and Service Operations teams to set up work orders and maintain contract milestones • Acknowledge customer inquiries, investigate service discrepancies or delays, and route special requests • Generate cases, track status updates, and ensure documentation and deliverables meet company quality guidelines • Review technician paperwork, verify labor hours and materials, and forward documentation for billing and closeout • Maintain operational data, databases, dispatch software, and documentation portals

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional verbal, written, and phone communication skills • Ability to interact across phone, email, and instant messaging platforms • Proven ability to organize complex schedules and manage high-volume daily interruptions • Ability to prioritize urgent operational needs • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Proficiency with Windows operating systems • Experience with dispatch software and CRM platforms is an asset • Meticulous attention to data validation, verification, time tracking, process development, standards adherence, and reporting • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with remote teammates • Willingness and flexibility to support occasional overtime or weekend coverage • Ability to travel occasionally for regional team meetings, training sessions, or branch visits
