📋 Description

• Generate $2M+ in annual major gift support • Steward a portfolio of 100–200 major donors contributing $10,000+ • Build deep, trust-based donor relationships • Present annual, multi-year, legacy, and asset-based giving opportunities • Share impact stories demonstrating how generosity transforms lives • Identify and cultivate new major donor prospects • Design personalized donor engagement strategies • Represent Mercy Chefs with passion, professionalism, and integrity • Travel up to 50% to meet donors and witness the mission firsthand • Collaborate with the Development team using fundraising practices and CRM tools

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of fundraising or development experience (major gifts preferred) • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious goals • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Experience managing donor portfolios and CRM systems • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • High degree of professionalism and discretion • Comfort engaging in faith-based conversations when appropriate • Heart aligned with Mercy Chefs’ Christian mission and values • Self-motivated and adaptable
