📋 Description

• Develop compensation programs, policies, and plans for executive, management, and staff levels • Counsel senior leaders on pay decisions, compensation practices, and policy interpretation • Provide detailed analysis, models, recommendations, and expert advice to management and HR executives • Educate and coach management on compensation philosophy, salary structures, market analysis, merit, and bonus processes • Partner with HR Communications on employee messaging about compensation • Oversee annual implementation and administration of merit, market, equity, and variable compensation programs and systems • Ensure data integrity in compensation data management and reporting • Lead cross-functional workgroups for mergers and acquisitions, cost-saving initiatives, audit findings, and compensation system development and implementation • Partner with the Human Resources Compensation Committee consultant and support materials for Committee review • Ensure accurate compensation reporting, budgeting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Support union negotiations and bargaining • Lead, mentor, and set goals, policies, and procedures for the system Compensation team • Set priorities and optimize resources to accomplish ministry goals and objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or Accounting • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) • 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including healthcare compensation experience • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action • Experience leading and mentoring others • M&A experience • MBA or MHR preferred • PHR or SPHR preferred
