📋 Description

• Provide executive leadership for managed services operations and translate organizational strategy into scalable operational services • Lead the development and execution of operational strategy, including growth of services for affiliated and non-affiliated client organizations • Oversee practice management, revenue cycle management, access and scheduling, call center operations, care coordination, population health support, IT and EHR optimization and analytics, credentialing and provider onboarding, and compliance, risk, and quality support • Establish service standards, performance metrics, service level expectations, and accountability structures • Lead operational relationships with client organizations and contribute expertise to proposals, implementations, onboarding, and service offerings • Manage productivity, cost management, margin performance, service efficiency, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial performance reporting • Lead continuous improvement and performance improvement efforts • Build and lead the managed services leadership team, including succession plans and leadership pipelines • Partner with compliance, legal, quality, physician, and clinical leaders to support regulatory and contractual requirements and mitigate operational risk

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance or related field (required) • Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field (preferred) • Minimum of ten (10) years progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations • Demonstrated experience leading multi-site or system-level operations, preferably within medical group practice management, MSOs or health system shared services • Proven ability to scale operations and deliver services to multiple client organizations • Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex budgets and operational performance • Financial and business acumen • Merger and acquisition experience • Executive leadership and strategic execution • Operational excellence and systems thinking • Client-focused service delivery • Change management and transformation leadership • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
