📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of various patient care departments within the hospital • Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to policies • Provide high-quality support services contributing to excellent patient care • Supervise staff and coordinate activities • Address issues as they arise • Maintain a safe and supportive environment • Handle stressful situations and make sound decisions under pressure • Demonstrate critical thinking • Communicate and collaborate effectively with staff and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from a school of nursing • Three years of hospital nursing experience • Current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the applicable state of practice • BLS certification before beginning first shift • ACLS certification before beginning first shift • Strong leadership and management skills • Ability to handle stressful situations and make sound decisions under pressure • Critical thinking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
