📋 Description
• Submit electronic claims daily • Submit paper claims daily • Resolve failed claims daily • Accurately and efficiently process a high volume of claim transactions across all lines of service • Perform duties consistently with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards • Maintain strict confidentiality
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required • Two to three years of medical billing experience required • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines • Ability to perform daily assignments with consistent accuracy • Ability to use logic to determine correct document processing • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and oral instructions • Detail-oriented • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
