📋 Description

• Design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate programs for functional or operational areas • Analyze complex business problems and identify automated system solutions • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures • Analyze existing programs and formulate logic for new systems • Devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharts, perform coding, and test/debug programs • Develop conversion and system implementation plans • Prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation • Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards • Configure system settings and options • Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing • Create system specifications to meet business requirements • Train users in system conversion and implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience • Eight (8) years of relevant technical or business work experience • Highly preferred certifications: Cogito, Cogito Tools Administration, Cogito Project Manager, Caboodle Data Model, Clarity Data Model • Must have existing work authorization; Mercy is unable to offer immigration sponsorship or visa assistance • U.S. citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply
