📋 Description

• Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding • Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, application module configuration, and testing • Conduct prototypes and develop functional specifications, data mapping, and function mapping • Set configuration tables and transaction/control tables • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for business functions • Identify and resolve gaps in business processes • Support security/authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation • Support installation and tuning of modifications and archive data as needed • Provide support to end-users for application configuration and in-house developed applications • Support all facets of Epic Hospital Billing • Support system implementations and enhancements • Address and resolve ServiceNow tickets • Lead and participate in projects related to billing workflows • Collaborate with operations to fine-tune system performance and functionality

🎯 Requirements

• EPIC CERTIFICATION WITH HOSPITAL BILLING HIGHLY PREFERRED • Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience • Two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience • Thorough understanding of business processes and flows • Light programming skills in the appropriate language to develop necessary workarounds • Ability to perform functional analysis, requirements definition, application module configuration, and testing • Ability to conduct prototypes, develop functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, and configure transaction/control tables • Experience or ability in security/authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation
