📋 Description

• Formulate and define business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding • Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, application module configuration, and testing • Conduct prototypes and develop functional specifications • Perform data mapping and function mapping • Set configuration tables and transaction/control tables • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for business functions • Identify and resolve gaps in business processes • Support security/authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation • Assist with installation and tuning of modifications and archiving data • Develop necessary workarounds using light programming skills • Provide end-user support for application configuration and in-house developed applications • Perform duties consistently with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience • One (1) - Two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience • Knowledge of requirements management, diagramming, and use case development • Experience in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies • Advanced computer skills and general understanding of Software Development Life Cycle • Good verbal and written communication skills • Experience in business writing
